Shuttle bus service will be provided between official hotels and the Orange County Convention Center except for the Peabody Orlando, Rosen Centre, Red Roof Inn, Days Inn, and Hilton Orlando which are within walking distance of convention center.

Need a motorized scooter or wheelchair?

 

The Orange County Convention Center is in compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and continues to search for ways to better accommodate all visitors. Both buildings are designed with wheelchair ramps, automatic doors, passenger elevators and handicap-accessible restroom facilities.

 

Your mobility device can be reserved in advance and will be waiting for you during your event at one of the Convention Center's Business Centers or it can be delivered to your hotel in Orlando.
